The Mercury Template has been designed to measure hexagons from point-to-point. A ¼” seam allowance is included.
If you have a pattern which measures on one side, simply divide the Mercury Template number by 2. (Example, the 4 indicator on the Mercury Template, will produce a finished Hexagon which measures 4” point-to-point, and 2” on each finished side.)
If you have a pattern which measures flat side to flat side and you don’t have a pattern, you can still use the Mercury Template! This takes about 5 minutes, and requires tools you are probably already using. Step this way into my work area for a short lesson.
Deceptively simple, the Mercury Template is perfect for beginners and experienced quilters alike. Each purchase includes detailed instructions which can be ‘viewed in advance’ down below!
Come join the fun and see a short “live” video clip demonstrating how easy it will be for you to unleash your fabric cutting power!
To see a "live" demonstration, place your mouse cursor over a shape... it may take a little while to start due to download time. To view the PDF instruction files, you will need the Adobe Reader.
